Reno Agency has proven its value many times over the last 25 years. Everyone there is very much customer-driven and they do not disappoint. Even last minute Friday night insurance needs are gladly taken care of by this excellent team. I can’t say enough good things about Mike, Shelly, and Merri – they truly care about their clients.

We switched to Reno agency because after getting quotes for home and auto, they were the best price and they are in town. Second, when we purchased a new car in West Virginia on a trip, Shelley handled it immediately so we could drive the car home. Third we had a window chip two hours from home after a Florida trip, her brother emailed me the steps for safe-lite to come fill the crack. When our roof had hail damage in Mar 2023, they sent an inspector fast from auto owners and all the contractors said they are the best!!!

Shelly was very helpful in helping us insure our vacation home. She knew the ins and outs of insuring our park model mobile home.
